Records management facilities

Incorporated in 1994, the company was established in the Medway Towns in the Royal Navy storage facilities in the Historic Dockyard to take advantage of out of London costs and proximity to its centre to provide low cost document storage services.

Secure document storage facilities

The Company has since expanded into two facilities occupying 190,000 sq ft of storage space. The archive is protected using intruder alarms connected via a digital communicator to the central station and fire alarms connected directly to the fire brigade.

Archive storage services

The Company provides a range of document storage services covering document collection, archive storage, cataloguing and listing, and document retrieval to give a complete records management service, all barcode tracked on line. Additionally, an in house shredding facility provides a secure document destruction service.
