Collection and Retrieval Services
Incorporated in 1994, the company was established in the Medway Towns in the Royal Navy storage facilities in the Historic Dockyard to take advantage of out of London costs and proximity to its centre to provide low cost document storage services.
The Company provides collection and retrieval services to suit the needs of Customers.
3 hour emergency document retrieval services
Records, documents and archive boxes that are required in emergency are couriered to customers’ offices. The Chatham Archive can deliver the entire document box or an individual file.
For an emergency retrieval, we use our own dedicated and secure courier service where all vehicles are tracked online.
Routine collection and retrieval services
Routine daily collection and retrieval services are arranged to suit the requirements of customers. Usually, archive boxes and documents or files are called for before 4.00pm for next working day delivery.
Records and archive documents are requested via fax, email or directly over the web.
Should customers require collections and retrievals at different times of the day, these timings can be arranged to meet these particular needs.
Routine document and archive box retrievals and collections are delivered by the Company’s own vehicle fleet. All our vehicles are tracked online.
